Terms of Service

By using SyncERP services, you accept these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

SyncERP provides AI solutions for Soft1 ERP, including: MCP Server for natural language queries, AI eCommerce Connector for Shopify and WooCommerce, and Retail AI Assistant. Services connect to Soft1 without modifications.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials. Any action through your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes, in accordance with these terms. Reverse engineering, copying, or redistributing any part of our services is prohibited.

All software, code, and content of SyncERP is our intellectual property. Your data remains yours — we do not acquire any rights to it through the use of our services.

Services are provided "as is". SyncERP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the last 12 months.

You may terminate use of our services at any time. SyncERP reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in case of terms violation.

These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Athens have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may modify these terms. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
